Summary:
Under general supervision of the Global Shared Services Leadership team, the receptionist/administrative assistant will be responsible for front desk operations as well as providing general office and administrative support and customer service for several departments inside Global Finance Shared Services Center.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Perform all duties associated with front desk Answer and direct phone calls Sorting and distributing mail/packages throughout the office Assist with emails for Act as first point of contact for visitors Maintaining office cleanliness and organization Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies/snacks Order and coordinate meals for department meetings or special lunches Assist and support Global Finance Shared Services Center (opening/scanning daily mail, filing, assist the AP and AR departments as needed, etc) Submit expense reports on a timely basis Education &
Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook).
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Skills & Abilities:
Ability to resolve problems of increasing complexity.
Work with minimal guidance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Strong organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude Competencies:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
