2K a year 11 hours ago 11 hours ago 11 hours ago About the Role Coordinate communication to various office departments, including incoming and outgoing calls, electronic forms, emails and all paperwork distribution to from field managers within assigned territory to various departments.
Provide telephone support for 1(800) Claire's to ensure that issues and inquiries from stores and customers are properly documented and submitted to the appropriate departments.
Follow up with departments to ensure responses to telephone calls are consistent and acceptable to the field.
Assist with telephone and electronic communication from the field.
Follow up on weekly schedules for field personnel.
Maintain accurate filing system for field communication documents.
Provide operational support for special projects.
Maintain email and call log and submit daily stat report.
Other duties as assigned.
About You High school diploma and equivalent experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone communication skills Good oral and written communication skills Good organizational skills Sense of urgency with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in retail, customer service, or office environment required Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge:
Microsoft Office required Skills / Abilities:
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Self-motivated with initiative and attention to detail.
