Opening September 2023! Our newly constructed space will be home to seven specialties, starting September 2023! Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Work alongside the Director of Ecosystems and Practice Managers to develop a growth and referral partner plan Work with the Practice Managers, CSR departments, GP, ER & Specialty doctors of both our Thrive partner hospitals and our referral community Develop a culture and mentality of 'shared referral clients and patients' Participate in local community and referral practice events and conferences to increase brand awareness and maintain excellent relationships with referring practices Act as a liaison between Referral Community and hospital Responsible for scheduling, organizing and implementing monthly and quarterly meet and greet and CE seminars, and any other referral staff training sessions Assure Hospital and Thrive brands and messages are meeting the strategic objectives as created Participate in Ecosystem and team meetings as needed and requested Cultural Support:
Communicates the company's core values and mission in daily conversations with all staff and refers DVM's Uphold core values, standards, and ethics of Thrive Pet Healthcare Promotes continuous quality improvement (CQI) to ensure the practice's success and achieve the vision Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business and/or communications management or equivalent business experience Group communication facilitation and public speaking experience preferred 3
years' experience in a sales/veterinary sales role or communications role preferred Specialty / Emergency Veterinary Experience preferred Proven business development skills Ability to analyze various sources of data in order to establish priorities and initiate operational programs Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff at all levels Available to occasionally work uncommon hours and overtime, and to travel as needed At Thrive Pet Healthcare, we celebrate and embrace the uniqueness and diversity of all of our team members, pet parents, and pets.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
