HRIS & Benefits Administrator This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of group benefit programs (group health, life, disability, wellness, EAP, workers compensation, HSA, flexible spending plans, long-term incentive plan, and retirement plans).
In addition, this position will support the administration of the SAP and ADP HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:
Administers employee benefit programs, such as group health, life, disability, flexible spending, HSA, COBRA, and Retirement Plans.
Assists with implementation of new benefits programs, communications and set up of vendor file feeds.
Coordinates and oversees the annual enrollment process.
Prepares data for FSA non-discrimination testing.
Administers company wellness program.
Responsible for HIPAA compliance at OMCA and its subsidiaries.
Manages leave of absences, and processes Life, STD and LTD Claims.
Responsible for administration of 401k Savings and Retirement/Profit Sharing Plan.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business, human resources, ore related field OR equivalent experience.
Prefer 2
years experience in benefits, HRIS or related experience.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus Ability to work in Microsoft Office, HRIS programs (Experience with ADP Vantage and/or SAP SuccessFactors a plus) Don't meet every single requirement? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
