We have been in business for almost 5 years and are now seeking to expand our business with additional staff.
Experience in the medical field is preferred but is not necessary - we will train the right candidate.
Also, bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys connecting with people, and who strives to deliver a great experience for our patients from start to finish.
You are the first and last person our patients interact with, and we want to make sure that they leave feeling cared for and valued.
This position is part-time with the opportunity for more hours as we grow, and you will mainly be working the front desk and assisting the doctor with patient care throughout the day.
Your main responsibilities will include helping with the flow of patients through the office, completing the checkout process (including taking payments from patients and scheduling them for their next appointment), answering phones, and some light cleaning and organizing.
Daily responsibilities have the potential to change over time as the office continues to grow.
Additional office tasks may include:
Basic data entry Screen sales and solicitation calls for the doctor Filling, faxing, scanning, and printing various documents Adhering to HIPPA Compliance Procedures Processing insurance-related documents and information including verification of benefits and resolution of payment discrepancies Additional tasks as assigned Here are our office hours.
We are looking for part-time candidates who can work at least 1 or more shifts (approx.
4 hours each shift), or a candidate who can work all shifts (approx.
24 hours in a week) listed below.
Depending on demand, morning and/or afternoon shifts may end 15 to 45 minutes later or earlier than listed below.
