Within this program, you'll get hands-on experience right where the action is on the Outdoor/Season team. This 10-week assignment is designed to give you an immersive experience of the retail industry and the culture of Sears Holdings. This position serves as a good foundation for many future positions at Sears Holdings.

Responsibilities:
Our interns spend their time working in our corporate office, seeing first-hand what goes into a successful retail business. You will be assigned specific projects throughout the 10-week internship. Your internship will include formal and informal evaluations, which will allow you to apply what you've learned in the classroom in a business setting. Upon successful completion of your internship, you may receive an offer to permanently join our Outdoor/Seasonal Design organization!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
