The Footwear Business Unit is in search of an experienced and talented leader with proven knowledge of site development, digital marketing, and social marketing. This person should be able to demonstrate thought leadership across all online and emerging media channels including , and work effectively in a matrix organization. As one of the leaders on the Footwear Marketing team, this individual will share in the responsibility to achieve revenue and profit targets so operational experience and financial aptitude are also required.The Director, SYW/Shoes Digital Marketing will also develop and implement digital category & member segment marketing plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives of the Sweeps program. The Director works to understand member behaviors by format, category and/or member segment and leverages insights to establish integrated, multi-channel marketing plans accordingly to drive long term member value to SHC.
The Director assesses all current marketing channels and efficiently directs the creation of new techniques and best practices to attract both members to play Sweeps and clients to leverage Sweeps as a marketing option, and will also oversee and direct initiatives that emerge as Shop Your Way Sweeps continues to grow and expand.
Develop Digital and Social Go To Market Strategy for the Footwear Online Business.
Provide recommendations, plans, and execution for emerging media, including: Social media, Display Advertising, Mobile Advertising, Mobile application development, High Impact Placements, and other emerging digital and social opportunities"
Develop strategies to activate new & existing communities, and build them into robust communication platforms.
Responsible for integrating marketing assets through digital and social marketing channels (eg. Pinterest, Youtube)
Responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with internal and external partners
Understand and report - through experience, research, testing, and direct analytics - the performance of all social and digital marketing efforts.
Develop site requirements through partnerships with, marketing planning, merchants, the Online Business Unit for all Footwear micro-sites, brand shops, and DAP pages.
Lead partnership with the Online Business Unit to define requirements and manage deployment of commercial site functionality, site creative, and overall user experience.
Partner with the Online Business Unit Marketing Team to define strategies for the following: Online merchandising, Search (SEM; SEO), Display Advertising, Affiliate marketing, and Email marketing
Partner with CRM team to ensure Digital best practices are being used to support relationship management and loyalty efforts
Direct management responsibilities for two Marketing Managers

Determine how our site is segmented by our SYW members
Outfitting/Shoe Closet development
Blogger Outreach
IPAD and Mobile experience,
Snap Chat/Instagram initiatives,
Develop "What's New/What's Next experience
Own Master Marketing Calendar for overall site and individual brands
Coordinate events/launch's/promotions/flash sale experience
Fashion Expertise, Trend Knowledge/ QR Codes
Sharing of information from members, posting images/likes/how to wear new shoes, reviewsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or four years related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to influence and get work done through others who are not direct reports
8-12+ years experience in online marketing/media/site
