The Region Manager is responsible for serving as an automotive expert and business resource supporting key members of the Automotive leadership team through on-going communication, coaching, advice, and feedback. This position helps to ensure the District Management team is successful in executing business strategy and measuring compliance, serving as a business champion of process and behaviors that impact the consistent delivery of customer service and improved profitability.
o Consults regularly with the Automotive Operations Vice President and District Auto Managers to provide guidance and expertise to help resolve escalated problems and identify opportunities for improvement
o Meets and exceeds region's sales and profit plans
o Models and cultivates Automotive mission and team promise statement
o Communicates field requirements and requests to Store Support, ensuring effective delivery of solutions
o Provides training, coaching, and motivation to District Auto Managers to provide the highest level of expertise, professionalism, and management skills necessary to successfully run the business
o Ensures that District Auto Managers are developing a high performance, customer-focused team
o Travels to market and stores with District Auto Managers to assist in identifying opportunities, addressing escalated issues, and building consistent, high performing teams
o Serves as a two-way conduit for corporate business strategy and initiatives pertaining to the Automotive leadership team
o Uses Sears resources to measure and identify business and company risks, and takes action to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
o Accountable for business Profit and Loss (P&L)
o Performs supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to: making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting, and terminating; conducting performance appraisals; and coaching and developing associates REQUIRED SKILLS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
