The Sr Director of Marketing and Analytics is responsible for creating and delivering action-oriented, insightful analyses that guide the development of marketing and sales programs, determine marketing program effectiveness and efficiency, identify targeting, media and messaging enhancements to improve marketing performance, and optimize the marketing mix. Marketing Analytics also enhances delivery of the customer value proposition by providing data, information and analyses that can be used in marketing and sales communication.
oThought leadership in the deployment of analytical tools
oCo-manage the analysis and interpretation of program performance
oDevelop analytical plans and strategies to improve the effectiveness of communications programs
oSubject matter expert for statistical tools and techniques
oPartner with external analytical stakeholders on a daily basis to plan, execute and analyze programs
oAs required/appropriate, perform hands-on analysis in support of results analysis, including development of conclusions and implications
oExpertise in digital marketing analytics, including website, mobile, social media, search and display;
oExperience with digital analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure;
oExperience in developing strategic analytical roadmaps and managing teams to effectively deliver the roadmap;
oAdvanced understanding of marketing principles, analytic strategies and cross-channel marketing measurement;
oStrong analytical skills i.e. able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations experience in the analysis of large data sets to find useful relationships
