With our vast array ofSweet FlavorSolutions, the you will develop new flavor sales within key food, beverage and dairy customer accounts and build from new client prospects.The Account Manager will be an intricate part of the commercial management team and reports to the Sales Director, Sweet Flavors. We have internal support structures established to help ensure your success!

Can navigate large accounts and partner with decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
Can leverage Sensient's internal resources (marketing, product development, technology & innovation, manufacturing, and distribution).
Creatively growing existing business as well as obtaining new customer accounts.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Account Manager, Sweet Flavors, will be an intricate part of the commercial management team, responsible for developing and delivering value-added ingredient sales activities to ice cream and yogurt, bakery, and confectionery manufacturing accounts. This includes developing and obtaining new customer accounts as well as maintaining and growing existing business, in cooperation with the Director of Sales.
A major focus within this role will be engaging/partnering with key customer decision makers to develop new sales within those accounts. This includes developing, implementing, and managing account-specific strategies to achieve sales goals andcoordinating creative projects to bring added value to the customer.
As part of achieving this goal, the selected candidate will deliver accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis and establish/ manage financials for their business.This position will require analysis of internal and external data with regard to sales, cost, markets, new business development and customers. It will further require gathering and filtering competitive intelligence to the advantage of the company.
MAJOR OBJECTIVES:
Effectively position the company to provide a strategy for performance to its customers.The vision is to be the customers most valuable resource and the delivery of products for taste and functionality.
Manage primary relationships with customers Purchasing, Research and Product Development organizations. Develop and manage relationships with top management of selective major customers. Interface with primary technical contacts in order to solicit new business and to participate actively on long-term projects.
State clearly and specifically the mission of the company, determine what the issues are effecting the customer and develop strategies to effectively deal with these issues. Develop and execute programs that will be widely respected as well as accepted by the customer base that will result in the acquisition, development and retention of business to enhance company brand equity, recognition and value.
Analyze, evaluate and compare company product lines with those in competitive organizations and recommend strategies, which will minimize the effect of the competition on sales while enhancing sales for the company.
Take responsibility for the analysis of the customer and/or business segment in order to spot trends, resolve problems and to correct any procedural errors being made. Carefully examine areas that will lead to expanded sales and profitability and determine courses of action to be taken to capture these areas.
Qualifications
Aminimum of 7 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of producing results, preferably within the flavor or fine ingredients industries, with specific strength in the Sweet Goods (bakery, confectionery) and/or Dairy (ice cream or yogurt) markets.
Must possess the ability to manage significant business opportunitiesto grow the companys position as the leader in its field.
Must have the ability to travel to multiple customers throughout the assigned territory (Midwestern United States).
Must have the ability to work both autonomouslyas well aswith a team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
