Looking for a NoSQL Database Administrator.
You will need 2
years NoSQL Database experience. Cassandra, Mongo DB, HBASE, 20% travel but mostly working in the Hoffman Estates area. Sharp Go-getter to support clients. This is a big Data Service Provider.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years administering production NOSQL Database (Cassandra, MongoDB, HBASE) environments OR 5
years' experience with managing large scale production RDBMS environments (DB2, Oracle, Mainframe DB) and some experience with other NOSQL technologies ( MongoDB, Cassandra, etc. ) Experience working with large volumes of data and modelling best practices Senior-level Scripting experience (Perl/Python/Ruby) Experience with traditional SQL databases (ie Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Experience with automation (Chef/Puppet) Must be able to straddle traditional operational and database admin roles.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
