Signing Specialist

The Signing Specialist ensures all retail price signs are delivered to the right store, with the right message at the right time for specific businesses. Provides 1st level signing support to business customers. Works with business customers to develop and maintain sign size and style applications that conform to approved signing standards. Receives and reviews sign requests from businesses to ensure accuracy of request. Performs weekly quality assurance of signing to ensure in-store price integrity and customer-friendly sign language. Visits stores, as needed, to assist with signing setup and to research, store issues such as missing promotional signing, missing basic signs, inaccurate sign quantities and/or sign size formats. Develops complete knowledge of the RES signing system and familiarity with supporting systems.
Requirements
Familiarity with computers. Experience learning to use new systems. Must be friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
