Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), in collaboration with the Physician Advisory Committee, will consult with patients, and coordinate palliative care services among a team of professionals including care managers, social workers, and pastoral care service.
Education Requirements:
Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in IL
Work experience in acute care, oncology, ambulatory care, pain management, hospice/home health and/or Palliative Care (preferred)
Knowledge of end of life care, including advanced care planning, pain and symptom control of the terminally ill, and bereavement care issues desired.
Board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse required; ACHPN credentialed or desire to work toward certification
Prescriptive Authority licensed in the state and in accordance with signed collaborative agreement, if applicable
CPR certification
Minimum of two years of RN/APN experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience & Special Skills:
Must be skilled in diagnostic and treatment methods and protocols common to patients in the palliative care service.
Possesses advanced nursing assessment skills.
Experience in providing holistic care

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
