Senior Compensation Analyst

There is room for growth. Progression is this role to project manager to comp manager. Need to have some longevity in role and large company experience. They have 9,000 employees and expect to grow to 10,000 by April. Need to be able to handle 8,000 lines on a spreadsheet. Need very solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
Participates in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
Studies and analyzes positions.
Evaluates positions using established evaluation processes/systems, determines grade/compensation targets and prepares records of the validity of the evaluations.
Participates in compensation surveys.
Prepares compensation reporting as needed.
Administers compensation-related systems.
Answers general questions and interprets policies as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree -Professional education preferred
CPC Certification - World at Work (or comparable compensation organization) preferred
3-5+ years Compensation analysis experience
Strong analytical skills, computer software & systems
Advanced excel required - experience manipulating large amounts of data over 7500 lines
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to handle major processes, tasks and issues in implementing and administering associate compensation programs
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
